Why the Pregnancy Pack?
The Pregnancy Pack is for you to enjoy and celebrate being a parent. Take some me-time to read the magazine, have a cuppa, and try out the products in the pack. The pack also introduces you to products and services that will help you with your new baby, especially if you are a first-time mum or dad.
Who can request a Pregnancy Pack?
All women who are up to 32 weeks pregnant. Please note: We are unable to process applications on behalf of friends and family, we need permission from the person for whom the pack is being requested.
How can I request a Pregnancy Pack?
You can register for your free pack online today or (1) get a referral form from your lead maternity carer/midwife or (2) complete a registration card at a Baby Factory nationwide and post it into us. If you register online at reachME.co.nz, your pack request comes with a $4 postage and packing fee. Delivery to your home can be expected within four working days when registering online.
How to place feedback?
An email link will be sent to you about two to three weeks after receiving your pack to enable you to place your valuable feedback. It is a short five to ten minute survey, which if completed, puts you in the draw for some fantastic monthly prizes, as seen on the prize page of our website. If you have not heard from us after two months of receiving your pack, please contact us at info@reachme.co.nz.
Delivery information
Because we courier these packs to you, we need as much relevant address information as possible to help the courier find you. Should the courier not be able to find your address, they will not be able to return the packs to us for resending. A few pointers to help us get your pack to you:
- Please specify a place you consider safe for the courier to leave your pack should you be out when the courier calls, or alternatively, please supply a day-time address (such as your workplace) and we will send your pack there.
- We are unable to send to PO Box addresses so please provide an alternative street address.
- We only courier packs nationwide within New Zealand.
